Looking for a 125HP Colt or 135HP Tri-Pacer.

My hangar wait should be ending in the next few months so I think I should begin the search. I am not in a rush but would probably act if the right plane came along.

I have waited a long time to own so not looking for any projects. I prefer to have low time SMOH, especially with the 0-290-D2 engine and its low TBO along with less than 3000 TTAF. Looking for a real good plane with relatively recent fabric, good paint, good interior, good panel, pants, sealed struts, no corrosion or damage history, and in annual (or at sale). Doesn't have to be IFR but it will be used for regional X-country flights. I am based in South Texas so prefer something reasonably nearby.
