SWPC Postcards are here!

It’s just about time for Sun-n-Fun and people who stop by the Short Wing Piper Club table in the Type Club tent or happen upon SWPC President, Peter Lubig, will be the first to pick up a special new SWPC Postcard!

The postcards showcase two eye-catching Short Wing Pipers, a Pacer on the front a Colt on the back, and were created by Peter to hand out to people at Sun-n-Fun to promote our great Club. In addition, the plan is to get some of these cards to SWPC Chapter Presidents so they can post them on airport bulletin boards, leave a few in FBO pilot rooms and give them to potential SWPC members at fly-ins.

 

 

Speaking of Sun-n-Fun, it starts on April 9th and a lot of Short Wingers are gearing up to go. Our  Florida chapter of the SWPC will be there helping out and Peter will be giving a SWPC forum. I’ll be posting more information about the Short Wing Piper Club and details of our involvement at Sun-n-Fun in the next day or two.

I’m sure you noticed the stunning photography on the postcards. Did you know our SWPC president, Peter, is also an aviation photographer? He is. Peter will be giving a seminar on aerial photography at our annual SWPC Convention, held this year in Saratoga Springs, NY. The seminar will be held on July 2nd.
